LIFELABS with Forest

the most magical mystically enticing system to access the creative love of our entire universe.

in our 'labs', rather than concentrate more for the dance, as i had been teaching for the past 14 years, now we are mostly exploring
'the effortless dance of being....'
that's the name of a new forum of movement that arrived while i was practicing in our Treehouse Studio last summer
- each step became an act of surrender, each movement a place of timelessness....
this effortless dance teaches the release into surrendering,
to unfold the way to the Silence....

being with the Silence is a deliberate formula to move out of the conditioned mind.
to make space within our thoughts, to unclutter the brain from mechanistic repetitive thinking.....

as such our practice is also incredibly blissful....and healing... and enhances the creativity and ability to receive more artfully the Hints and Messages from Great Mystery....
this new effortless dance is based on my 15 years of training with sufi methods of spiritual practice...one could also say this effortless dance of being has evolved from over 3500 years of sufi practices

and the name lifelab is used instead of sufi,
bc this is my american womyn's style of view that comes from a natural Source...
... because i am explorer of life, like a wholistic scientist in a way.....
so our sessions are like a living laboratory
for our spiritual investigations
toward the Unified Stream....
