We experience all these planetary processes at different times in our own lives and also universally at designated time passages related to our age. Now we will take a look at the first major Saturn cycle which is commonly called the Saturn Return and peaks around ages 28-30.
In our solar system, Saturn takes 28 - 30 years to go through all the signs of the zodiac around the ecliptic and to circle the Sun. The Saturn cycle is reflected in our birth charts as well so when Saturn goes back to its original position in the chart, this marks its return.
This explains why the first Saturn Return begins around age 27.5 and continues to about 31 or 32.
The second Saturn Return will happen in another 28-30 years around ages 56-58. **
The Middle World is Earth - our earthly existence, our reality, what happens here and the lessons and teachings we are given to master.
Our Saturn is connected to core reality.
At first Saturn Return all humans are asked to take an inventory of all that we have done, experienced and learned so far and shape it somehow into a reality map, i.e. to forge a plan. Another way of saying this is that we are asked to mature, to grow more fully into ourselves and what we literally came here to do and contribute.
We can move to completion with what has failed to work well, and we can choose to create a new foundation for our lives. It is a seriously sober time. It is also a real power surge time. As such, its unbelievably important to focus your attention now.
Many people switch jobs, move to another location, make a baby, return to college, and/or get married or divorced. Sometimes there is an illness or more rarely, a passing of someone close. The bottom line is that during this time, we are going through a concentrated process of our own personal evolution in being human and figuring out what we are here to offer and to contribute.
We can choose to accept the opportunity for something clearly more in attunement to our right livelihood.
Karma belongs to Saturn - 'as you sow, so shall you reap'. Rare individuals who have already been working diligently at the earthly resume, and doing that which is balanced in accordance to their higher self, especially on behalf of other humans, will always be rewarded at this time, usually with more acclaim to the work they do in their chosen field.
There are definite clear rules to Saturn's influences as a master teacher of earthly or human law. The main one being - that if we have been following the rules, and still things never work out well for all our efforts and contribution, that means we are actually walking on the wrong path.
We absolutely need to change the game or choose to continue to suffer.***
Because no matter how much we convince ourselves otherwise, things will not be any different if we stay longer or try harder.
